Q: How can you possibly guarantee me placement on Google?

A: The answer is simple. We have a control panel provided by Google that allows us to do this type of work. We define your region, enter your website address, your keywords/search phrases, and click GO. Your web site will then begin to display at the top of the first page of the Google search results. It is that simple.

Q: How long is the contract?

A: Each campaign is on a month-to-month term. Our company is only interested in you staying with us because we are providing you with a successful online marketing campaign. Not because you're locked into a long term contract. This time frame is clearly defined in your start-up paperwork.

Q: Are all leads directly from Google?

A: We will ONLY place your web site into the Google search results. You will only be displayed in front of people actually typing your keywords/search phrases into the search bar on the Google Search Engine. You will not be displayed in any form of "passive" marketing method like a banner ad or link on the side of a news web site. If you would like the passive marketing method used as well please let your account manager or technician know. We feel that you are signing up to get the most qualified lead possible and someone doing a search for your service fits those criteria better than the passive marketing methods.

Q: How do you target my service region?

A: The location of the web searcher is defined by where they connect to the Internet. The searcher's Internet Service Provider, (ISP) transmits their location to Google. The web searcher connects to the Internet through a device called a gateway or router. The location of that gateway or router indicates where a searcher is physically located. This can be within 1-5 miles away from their actual physical address. With this pinpoint targeting system, we can display your website in front of people searching Google, typing your specific keywords, in your specific region. It doesn't get much more accurate then that.

Q: How much does this cost?

A: The cost is directly related to the number of searches your website is placed in front of a monthly basis. In turn, the number of search phrases you use and the size of the serviceable region you select will define the number of searches you are placed in front of. We won't know a specific cost until we get a clear definition of your keywords/search phrases and the region you define as your service region.

Q: How is payment done?

A: Payment is done via credit card.

Q: Where does my listing show up on the page?

A: All campaigns are intended to place you in the top 3 positions on the upper left hand side of the first page of the search results. Your technician will generate reports for you that will detail the volume of people that your listing was displayed in front of, the number of people that went through to the site and your average position on the page. Since your website will be placed in the best possible position online, we know you will have great results from your campaign. Please remember that we want you here because this works for you, not because of a long-term contract that provides no benefit.

Q: How long does it take to get the listing up?

A: In most cases, you will be up within one day, sometimes sooner. Once your activation paperwork is received, you will be assigned to a technician. They will contact you for the initial set-up and get your listings up and running.

Q: What if I don't know what keywords/search phrases I should use?

A: Our account managers and technicians have been trained and provided with tools to ensure your campaign is a success. Your account manager will assist you with selecting the proper keywords/search phrases for your company.

Q: There are a lot of companies out there making me similar promises. What sets you apart from the rest of them?

Q: Phone Directories and others promise to get me on numerous search engines, why should I go for your services when you promise to put me on just Google?

A: Google dominates the Internet search industry. Here is the breakdown of the percentage of searches done online via the top ten search engines as determined by the Neilson Net Ratings on 10/31/07:

Q: If I need to add new search phrases can I?

A: You will have your technician's direct contact info and they are available to assist you at any time via phone or e-mail.

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

A: Yes. This is a month-to-month campaign and you can terminate at any time. You will need to contact your technician to cancel prior to your credit card processing for the next month's service. If you call the day of the processing the campaign will continue for an additional month. You will need to call your tech the day before your billing date since cards are auto-processed at 12:01AM on the billing date.

Q: How can you GUARANTEE the number of searches my website is placed in front of?

A: We guarantee, in writing, the number of searches your website will be displayed in front of per month. The reports detailing these numbers are generated directly from Google and delivered via email or fax.

Q: How often is my website displayed, will it be up there all the time?

A: The number of times your website gets displayed is dependant on the volume of searchers you choose. We will give you a few options based on your keywords/search phrases and region. How often your website is displayed is dependant on the package you choose.

Example:
16,000 searches are available per month for the keywords/search phrases you have chosen. If you choose to be placed in front of 8,000 of the available audience then you will be displayed for only 50% of the searches. Your listing will not display in front of the other 50% of the searches. This means your site will be available 50% of the time.

Q: It sounds good, but it's a little out of my budget, can I get it for cheaper?

A: The price is determined by the volume of people your website is displayed in front of. We do need to make sure that you're placed in front of a large enough audience that you receive the ROI (Return-On-Investment) that we aim for on every account. However, you do have the ability to remove search phrases or reduce the target region to adjust the price. You also have the option to sign a 90-day contract. This provides a 10% discount on the service and will continue at the discounted rate. After the initial 90 days, the campaign automatically reverts to month-to-month.

Q: Is there a set up fee?

A: No. There is no fee.

Q: When do I get billed?

A: You are billed on a monthly basis, which starts on your sign-up date. If you sign up on the 12th of the month you can expect to have the billing go through on the 12th of the following month.

Q: I've tried to do this in the past and it was not effective. How do I know you can actually do this?

A: We can do this because of the control panel Google has provided us that allows us to research your market and then insert your website right to the top of the search results. As for the service that you used in the past, most of the time what you signed up for was something called Search Engine Optimization (SEO). SEO is vastly different from the service we provide. If not SEO, it's possible the service was through a phone directory or another marketing firm. If so, there is a good chance they did not actually research your marketplace or the available audience. You were likely given a flat price based on corporate profit models, not on the actual keywords/search phrases or volumes of local searches. We have seen quite a few flat fee campaigns associated to similar services provided by phone directories etc. We have found that, frankly, you cannot offer such a broad price to the masses and still provide an effective campaign. That is akin to offering Super Bowl TV Ad for the same price as running an ad in July. It just doesn't work. Each industry varies in price to dominate a market and get the best ROI (Return-On-Investment). For this reason, we research your needs one client at a time.

Q: Is this SEO or Search Engine Optimization?

A: NO. This is not Search Engine Optimization or SEO. The Guaranteed Placement service we provide is vastly different from SEO. We guarantee the searches you will be listed under and back it up with reports generated by Google. Search Engine Optimization is not a guaranteed service and cannot be. With SEO you are at the literally at the mercy of the search engines to place you in a prominent position online NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE TELLS YOU. There are a lot of companies that offer to put you at the top of the search engines by altering the text in your website and submitting you to thousands of search engines. Often times you, as the customer, are unfortunately left holding the tab and worst of all, you have no results. Q: I'm already doing SEO and showing up on the first page, why should I consider your service at all?

A: If you are doing SEO and placing well on the search engines then we must congratulate you on the placement and all the work you have done to get the listings. We have found that companies placing well using SEO usually place high under phrases that contain a geographic identification like the name of your city. For example, if you are a Dentist and you are already coming up under searches such as "Dentist Los Angeles", you would benefit from our service because we can make your website come up when people are searching for just the word "Dentist". To compete under a single keyword like "Dentist" using SEO, you would in direct competition with every, single website on the Internet that has the word Dentist on it. Our service puts you instantly at the top of the search results under non-geographic searches but we will only get the coverage you are looking for by displaying you in front of a very local audience. Keep in mind that around 25% of the searches done online include a geographic or local search string like "Dentist Los Angeles". This indicates that searchers first will use a broad search like "Dentist" and then potentially refine the search verbiage if they do not see what they are looking for. If you're not listed under the broad headings then you are missing around 75% of the traffic available. That is a very large group of people to intentionally ignore!

Q: Can I put my campaign on pause?

A: Yes. You are assigned a personal account technician to take care of all your needs. To pause the campaign at any time, all you have to do is contact them and provide them with the pause and re-activation dates. During this period, you will not be billed and your listing not appear online.

Q: Do you offer refunds if it doesn't work?

A: No. We won't fail with the impressions contractually promised. Beyond that, this is a marketing effort. If you are not satisfied with your campaign's results, the agreement is only month-to-month and you may cancel. The payment aspect of our service is no different then newspaper, print, TV or radio ads; these place you in front of a market and expect that they will respond to the listings. On Google, you will be placed in front of a much more focused audience in that you are only displayed in front of individuals doing a search for your service/product, when they need it. We do not offer refunds for our services. If you're not confident that this will deliver results then perhaps this medium is not for you.

Q: Do you alter my web site in any way?

A: No. We don't have to touch your web site. We simply insert your web address into our control panel and Google directs searchers to your home page. We have the ability to direct a visitor to any page in your web site and this does not require any edits to the content of your website. Some of our clients run online coupons or special online sales and we will gladly direct traffic directly to those pages if requested.

Q: Can I change the keywords during my campaign?

A: Yes. You may contact your technician to have them implement any alterations you desire. It is a possibility that doing so could adjust your campaign cost either up or down depending on the changes. They are also able to redefine the region your listing is displayed in as well.

Q: Do you have control of what the listing says?

A: Yes. Once you are onboard, your technician will work with you to generate the verbiage for the listings. They are trained to assist you with writing the best possible content in order to get the most people through to the website. If you have specific text (e.g. company slogan) you would like to display, simply inform your technician during activation or at any time during the campaign.

Q: Can I change the region my listing shows up in at any time?

A: Yes. Contact your assigned technician and they will make any adjustments you request. Keep in mind; these changes may affect the cost of the service because this may alter the volume of searches available.

Q: Traffic Reporting? How do your track this?

A: Your technician will generate reports for you that break down all the critical statistics of your campaign, which includes: the volume of searchers your website was displayed in front of, the volume of searchers that clicked through to your website and your average position on the search results page. These reports are generated directly from Google and will clearly detail the success of your campaign.

Q: So you set it up and then what?

A: Your technician will now monitor your campaign daily and confirm that you get the listing we promised, and ultimately the results we expect. Your technician will check up on your campaign several times per day to make certain that you have the coverage needed in order to deliver the best ROI (Return-On-Investment).

Q: How do I make changes to my campaign?

A: You will have your technician's direct contact info from the get-go. They are available to assist you at any time via phone or e-mail.

Q: Will you analyze my website statistics?

A: Yes. A major part of ensuring a successful campaign is tracking where the customer travels throughout your website. We may discover that a specific page may need to be rewritten to bring in more sales. Your technician can be involved in evaluating your website statistics to determine if it is "selling the leads". This service is always available; all you have to do is contact your assigned tech.

Q: Can I control what time of day my listing shows up?

A: Yes. We will start and end the listings at any time you like. This may be Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 9:00PM or 24/7. It's your call. The default is 24 hours per day.

Q: If someone searches for one of my keywords/search phrases and also specifies an area like a city or state, will I still show up?

A: Yes. You will want to make sure you tell your technician that you would like this feature to be used for your campaign. Our default is to make listings also appear for searches done using geographic identifiers.

Q: Are you pay-per-click?

A: No. This is a month-to-month, flat rate service.

Q: So, I signed up but now I can't see my link! Why isn't it showing up?

A: There are a variety of reasons this might happen. You may have hit your impressions for the day or you may be searching from outside of the region that the listing is being displayed in. Contact your tech and they will ensure the campaign is running properly.

Q: How many clicks can I expect to actually get from this program?

A: The answer to this question is dependant on the industry you're in and sometimes the market place that you are located in as well. Like radio, phone directories, etc. it is difficult to predict the exact number leads or traffic that you are going to get from any marketing effort. Our programs are calculated to deliver a high ROI for every client we activate. Our number one goal is to get qualified visitors through to your web site and get your phone ringing. Keep in mind, this is a month-to-month effort and we prefer that you stay with us out of success rather than obligation. Every campaign is designed to deliver you the results you're looking for.

Q: What is an impression?

A: An impression is when a person performs a search for your keyword/search phrase on the Google Search Engine and your website is displayed in front of that searcher. That search would be considered one impression.

Q: I don't believe in online advertising. Why should I even try it, if I'm already advertising in phone books and passing out fliers?

A: Its wonderful that you understand marketing is necessary for your business. The reason you would want to market your business online is because of the trends of how people are using the web. Studies have shown that 54% of people using search engines have now substituted the Internet for the phonebook. This means that now they get on the Internet before they even consider using the phonebook. You can continue to market and pay the same price (or more) every year and reach a constantly diminishing audience or go with the smart money by shifting your focus and targeting the massive audience that has left the directories. Q: What if I want to cancel, how much am I penalized?

A: There is no penalty to terminate your service.

Q: Can I get a free trial?

A: Like any advertising medium there are costs associated to using the service. The bottom line is that this form of marketing has consistently grown at record paces and we know this medium is highly effective. If you're not confident that this will work then we have not given you enough information to make an informed decision.
